We have reached the end of the trip to fairyland full of adventures. Today we are pleased to present 13 fairy-tales from ten countries of the world. Since fairy-tales are read not only by the little ones, but also by the adults, therefore there was no strict age limit in the project. That’s why our book is filled with children’s drawings, mature adaptations for screens and smart ideas. It was really interesting to see a new and modern illustrations for the fairy-tales which were created a long time ago. In some of them the popular children’s movie heroes can be recognized, in others unexpected interpretations appeared, third reflected the country’s culture and traditions, and fourth did not escape the technologies of the twenty-first century. However, all of the fairy-tales were united by the interest and enthusiasm of children. No wonder, after all, the fairy-tales grow us, teach, help, soothe and give a lot of joy. Therefore, we would like to share our joy with all project fans and fairy-tales lovers.
Štai ir pasibaigė nuotykių kupina kelionė į pasakų šalį. Šiandien su džiaugsmu pristatome 13 pasakų iš dešimties pasaulio šalių. Kadangi pasakas skaito ne tik maži, bet ir dideli, projekte nebuvo nustatyta griežta amžiaus riba. Todėl ir mūsų pasakų knyga pripildyta vaikiškų piešinukų, brandžių ekranizacijų, protingų minčių. Įdomu buvo pamatyti naujas, modernias iliustracijas prieš daugelį metų sukurtoms pasakoms. Vienose jų galima atpažinti populiarių vaikiškų filmų herojus, kitose atsirado netikėtų interpretacijų, trečiose atsispindėjo iliustruojančios šalies kultūra ir tradicijos, ketvirtos neišvengė XXI amžiaus technologijų veržimosi. Tačiau visas pasakas vienijo vaikų susidomėjimas ir entuziazmas. Nieko keisto, juk pasakos mus augina, moko, padeda, ramina, teikia daug džiaugsmo. Todėl dalinamės savo džiaugsmu su visais projekto gerbėjais ir pasakų mylėtojais.
During the creation of the project “A TRIP TO FAIRY-TALE“, I was seeking for peers that could help me in finding a way to bring back books to children. With only a month remaining till the end of the project, I understood that I have managed to find colleagues that are able to prove their pupils that reading can bring a lot of joy.
This notion took me after I have witnessed how the creative work of the teachers participating in the project managed to involve children in transferring fairy-tales into images. Illustration is one of the most popular methods of education. However, pictures drawn by hand do not surprise anyone in the contemporary world any more.. Therefore, I am very pleased by the video reports from our partners in which the our shared fairy-tales came to life.

I suggest to watch the movies created by the Croatian, Serbian, Lithuanian and Greek teams in which the Polish “Legend of the golden duck“, the Serbian fairy-tale “Pearly Rose“, the Georgian fairy-tale “Dreamer“, the myth by Aesop “The Sun and the North Wind“ and the Ukrainian folk tales “Why geese bathe in water, cats clean themselves with their tongues, and chickens take dust baths“ and “The mitten“ came to life.
However, by no means, do I underrate the drawings that helped pupils and teachers working along them to create the images of the heroes from the fairy-tales that they have read during the project. It is really fun comparing the illustrations of little children from Moldova and teenagers from Lithuania for the Ukrainian folk tale “Little Round Bun“ and the illustrations of little pupils from Poland and teenagers from Lithuania for the Moldavian folk tale “Bunny’s house“.

I would also like to note that everyone is amazed by the professionally made illustrations for the Serbian fairy-tale “Little fairy“ by the Ukrainian team and the sprawling magic of their work.

I am also happy with the work of my own country, the embodiment of the Armenian folk tale “The death of Kikos“ in shadows. I would like to reveal a secret. My pupils together with the teacher of sign language will interpret one fairy-tale by the poetry traditions of deaf people.

Kurdama projektą „KELIONĖ Į PASAKĄ“, ieškojau bendraminčių, kurie padėtų atrasti kelią, grąžinantį vaikus prie knygų. Likus mėnesiui iki projekto pabaigos, supratau, kad atradau kolegų, sugebančių savo mokiniams įrodyti, jog knygų skaitymas gali suteikti daug džiaugsmo.
Tas supratimas atėjo pamačius, kaip kūrybiškai projekte dirbantys mokytojai įtraukė vaikus į pasakų pavertimą vaizdais. Iliustravimas yra vienas iš populiariausių ugdymo metodų. Tačiau moderniame pasaulyje ranka piešti piešiniai nieko nebestebina. Todėl be galo džiaugiuosi sulaukusi iš partnerių vaizdo reportažų, kuriuose atgijo mūsų pasidalintos pasakos.
Siūlau pažiūrėti Kroatijos, Graikijos, Serbijos ir Lietuvos komandų kurtus filmus, kuriuose atgijo lenkų legenda „Auksinė antis“, Ezopo mitas „Saulė ir vėjas“, serbų pasaka „Perlinė rožė“, ukrainiečių liaudies pasakas „Kodėl žąsys maudosi vandenyje, katės ir katinai prausiasi tupėdami ant krosnies, o vištos voliojasi dulkių vonioje“ bei „Pirštinė“, gruzinų pasaka „Svajoklis“.
Tačiau nenuvertinu ir piešinių, kurie padėjo mokiniams ir su jais dirbantiems mokytojams vaizduotėje susikurti projekto metu skaitytų pasakų herojų paveikslus. Smagu palyginti mažų vaikų iš Moldavijos ir paauglių iš Lietuvos iliustracijas ukrainiečių liaudies pasakai „Pagrandukas“, mažųjų mokinukų iš Lenkijos ir paauglių iš Lietuvos iliustracijas moldavų pasakai „Kiškio trobelė“. O mokinių iš Ukrainos iliustruota serbų pasaka apie mažąją fėją žavi profesionalumu ir dvelkiančia magija. Džiaugiuosi ir savo šalies darbu – šešėliais įkūnyta armėnų liaudies pasaka „Kikos mirtis“. Išduosiu paslaptį – mano mokiniai su gestų kalbos mokytoja vieną pasaką interpretuos pasitelkdami kurčiųjų poezijos tradicijas.
Su nekantrumu laukiu kitų šalių darbų, kurie, tikiu, bus tokie pat įspūdingi ir originalūs!
